Our choice of freeze dryer is made by Harvest Right. We are very pleased with their quality of machines and their customer service. They sell anywhere from small through XL size machines, even commercial size. They have great deals and often come with starter kits, so you have everything you need to get started! We currently run the Medium Pro. (See picture) It holds 5, 7.5W x 18L x 0.75H trays.
